UPB Schüer & Düsterwald Unternehmensberater PartG (short: UPB & Partner) is a company for corporate training and management consultancy.
Moreover, UPB & Partner offers HR services to its clients. UPB is managed by partners Bärbel Schüer and Robert Düsterwald.
Under the new UPB & Partner, two companies that had previously operated separately have joined forces in 2020: the former UPB (old) and RDB Unternehmensberatung.
The former UPB (founder and owner: Bärbel Schüer) concentrated on consulting and further education of specialists and executives as well as employees from the human resources sector. In addition, UPB offered an extensive range of HR services.
RDB Robert Düsterwald Unternehmensberatung was a management consulting company founded in 2013 and focused on corporate governance, project management and business processes.
The cooperation between UPB and RDB started several years ago. The first catalogue of UPB Academy in 2016 was a joint product. Competence models and online surveys of UPB as well as numerous internal administrative tools were developed together with RDB. Apart from the good cooperation, it also became clear that a joint market appearance made sense. Therefore, the two companies agreed to combine their services and to appear under one roof from 2020.
With the merger to "UPB & Partner", the consulting and HR services are now also part of the joint company, in addition to the academy.
Our goal is to offer our customers knowledge and problem-solving approaches from one source, with high quality and at a fair price. In this way we would like to make a contribution to the success of your company.
