Baerbel Schueer

...has a degree in business administration with specialization in personnel management and labor law in Göttingen; afterwards she was first a personnel officer, later head of personnel planning, procurement and deployment at Procter & Gamble in Nuremberg; afterwards she became human resources manager at Sanofi-Aventis in Cologne.

Since about 1994 she has been self-employed, first part-time, and from about 2008 full-time, as the founder of UPB. Since then, she has gained extensive experience as a lecturer in management and human resources, in personnel consulting, in coaching of executives, but also as a consultant on competence models and outplacement.

Since 2020, she has been responsible for the Academy and HR services at UPB & Partner.
