Trainings from a single source.

In Ratingen, very close to Düsseldorf and conveniently located at the S-Line station, we are happy to welcome participants in our small UPB Academy.
The UPB Academy has been in existence since 2015, but we can look back on more than 20 years of experience in training. The excellent feedback of participants, the intensive insights from in-house trainings and - last but not least! - a lot of pleasure in imparting knowledge have led us to bundle the many topics in our own academy.

We specialize in topics related to leadership and human resources, i.e. executive training, seminars for HR professionals, communication topics, but also management training, because we believe that leadership is not "only" about personnel management and that good communication skills are also important in other areas.

We attach great importance to a pleasant learning atmosphere. Therefore, our seminars take place in appropriate rooms - many of them in smaller groups. In this way, participants can also test themselves in "protected" rooms.

Our own seminar catalogue.

 

We have developed our own catalogue for our open seminars and our in-house trainings, which contains selected events on the topics of leadership and personnel. But we also have other offers for you. You can either request the catalogue free of charge in its paper form or have us send you the PDF version!

Experienced speakers form our backbone.

Our team currently consists of 18 colleagues, from former senior managers to active heads of human resources. Each of them has several years of practical experience in his field. This enables us to incorporate new developments into our seminars.
All trainers, as well as their seminars, are oriented towards UPB's internal quality standards.

The whole is more than the sum of its parts.

 

We think this is important - that's why our seminars are not just a summary of various topics, but "from a single source": from the diversity of the individual topics we have developed an integrated overall concept consisting of six clearly separated subject areas - our modules. In this way we avoid overlaps and gaps, and you can expand your knowledge in a targeted manner.

Of course, as a small academy, we also - and perhaps particularly - meet the professional criteria that can be expected of seminars in terms of content, didactics and location.

The tailor-made package: Your own in-house academy.

We have been asked more and more often whether we can also conduct our seminars "in-house" and develop our own training series for our customers.

This has become our speciality: we have many experienced trainers and can adapt flexibly to your wishes. So we can develop a tailor-made seminar series especially for you - your own "in-house academy".

In the meantime, we have several references from satisfied customers for whom we have developed and carried out a "tailor-made" complete package based on our catalogue - from the provision of the seminar documentation and the complete execution of the seminars to the evaluation of the learning success and feedback.
