UPB Schüer & Düsterwald Unternehmensberater PartG (short: UPB & Partner) is a company from Ratingen in North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf area). We impart operational knowledge to other companies in various formats and support them in their daily work.
Our main topics are human resources and management as well as business processes, projects and organization. With more than thirty years of experience, we can offer you various forms of knowledge transfer and supporting services concerning the above-mentioned topics.
Via our Academy we transfer business knowledge, while solutions are elaborated by our consulting team and practical support is offered by our HR services division.
Our services are "people business".
Understanding people, developing them, advising and supporting them is what we enjoy most. Only in an atmosphere of mutual understanding, with respect and at eye level do we meet our customers. Friendliness and a good communication style are a matter of course for us, in addition to the indispensable confidentiality.
